1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing, browsing, registering, or submitting applications/projects on the Pushpak Hiring platform ("Platform", "We", "Us"), you ("User", "Participant", "Applicant") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Platform. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to participate in contests and hiring challenges.

2. Applications, Contests & Submission Rules

Pushpak Hiring provides recruitment challenges, contest opportunities, and job applications across technology, design, marketing, and creator roles. When applying or submitting a contest project:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration details (Name, Email, Contact Number, Experience Level, and Links).
• Registration ID: Each contest registration generates a unique Registration ID. You are responsible for preserving your Registration ID for project submission and verification.
• Original Work Guarantee: All submitted projects, repositories, design assets, and production applications must be your original work. Plagiarism, unauthorized copying, or use of third-party intellectual property without license will result in immediate disqualification.
• Deadlines: All submissions must be completed before the published submission deadline for each respective contest. Late submissions will not be accepted.

3. Evaluation, Winner Selection & Prizes

• Evaluation Criteria: Submissions are evaluated by Pushpak Hiring judges based on code quality, functionality, UI/UX aesthetics, original creativity, and technical execution.
• Finality of Decisions: All decisions made by the Pushpak Hiring judging panel regarding winner selection, ranks, rewards, and eligibility are final and binding.
• Prizes & Hiring Opportunities: Cash prizes, long-term employment/freelance opportunities, and certificates are subject to background and code verification. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• Taxes & Charges: Recipients of cash prizes or rewards are solely responsible for any applicable local taxes, statutory deductions, or banking fees.

4. Code of Conduct & Disqualification

Pushpak Hiring maintains strict standards of integrity. We reserve the right to disqualify, remove, or ban any user or submission, without prior notice, if:

• You attempt to submit fake, misleading, or stolen project code or identity details.
• You engage in automated bot submissions, spamming, or disruption of the Platform API.
• You violate any intellectual property rights or post harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

5. Intellectual Property & Showcase License

Participants retain ownership of their original project code and submissions. By submitting a project to Pushpak Hiring:

• You grant Pushpak Hiring a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, host, demonstrate, and feature your name, winning project title, project links, and avatar image on our official Winners Board, portfolio, and marketing channels.
• All trademarks, logos, branding assets, site designs, and proprietary code belonging to Pushpak Hiring remain our sole intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Links

Pushpak Hiring is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for network failures, data loss, delayed submissions, or third-party service interruptions (including GitHub, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, Google Sheets, or image hosting services). In no event shall Pushpak Hiring be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Telangana, India.
